men2men have supported the development of our 2nd substantial men's and community well being hub, in Johnstown, Carmarthen.
It is now open 3 or 4 days a week, offering men and the community a wide range of engaging activities, which shared will enhance personal wellbeing and contribute to the local community.
We are grateful for the enthusiastic and practical support extended to us by Carmarthen Town Council!
Activities include:

weekly woodturning lessons

carving sessions

handtool skills workshops

pyrography, woodwork sessions and projects like canoe building

men's sharing circles and 1:1 support sessions

weekly woodland management days and ecotherapy courses

We have been there a few months now, built an all weather shelter and offer the following:

Ffrwdgain Woodland Group - Kidwelly, Carmarthen

men2men recently celebrated 2 years working and developing the woodlands at Ffrwdgain near Crwbin. The changes have been extraordinary both in the landscape and in some of the men who have benefited from this kind of woodland therapy.
We meet every Friday at 10 am till 4pm, work together on the land, have a sharing circle and cook lunch over an open fire.
